BP Agrees to a $400+ Million settlement!

According to the Natural Resource Defense Council; the EPA estimates that controls will eliminate more than 4,000 tons of regulated pollutants annually including dangerous volatiles, organic compounds, sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides as a result of this settlement.
